Free Pediatric Physicals and Immunizations

As students head back to in-person classes this fall, Connectus Health is offering physicals and immunizations with no out-of-pocket costs to all children and teens. Starting on July 1 through August 31, these services will be available at the Connectus Health locations in Vine Hill (Nashville) and Priest Lake (Antioch).

“We know that students and parents are eager to get back to face-to-face classes in August, and Connectus is ready to make this a smooth transition for all involved,” Suzanne Hurley, co-CEO of Connectus Health, said. “It is vital for preventative measures to be taken in order for students to safely start back in school, especially for those involved in sports and other after-school activities, where physicals and vaccinations are necessary.”

Appointments for children and teens should be made by calling Connectus at (615) 292-9770. All those who qualify for insurance will be billed with no additional costs, but insurance is not required to receive these free services. Additional services are available but may incur costs. Connectus also has Community Resource Coordinators on staff at both clinics who can assist with needs for pantry items, personal hygiene items, diapers and other resources.
